O.k. this one does require a minimal fee. However, I encourage everyone to browse your weekly sunday newspaper, google coupons, check out those tourist pamphlet stands, etc. for any kind of deals or discounts. Also, always ask for corporate or teacher discounts...you just never know!!!!
The Clearwater Marinde Science Aquarium has an AWESOME deal this summer. Florida kids pay 5.95 for a day and come back all summer for FREE!!!!! WOW!!! That is truly an excellent offer. I happened to ask if they offered an educator's discount because they are an education center. Sure enough teacher's are FREE!!! Now, the deal is even more AWESOME!!! :)
If you are a teacher, please remember to always carry a recent pay stub and your school i.d. in your purse!!!
So, if you live in the Clearwater area I highly recommend you take advantage of this offer. This is an excellent marine education center for your children. Besides learning about the sea creatures here, you can touch sting ray, color by a shark tank, and watch dolphin jump and play!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a great afternoon!
My total cost for this day was $15.00. $12.00 = admission (but will beFREE the rest of the summer) and $3.00 for drinks during our visit.
